Two homes were targetted.
Over €2,000 worth of property has been stolen in a double burglary in Offaly.
The first incident involved a break-in at a house in the Mount Wilson area of Edenderry last Thursday between lunchtime and 9pm.
€1,500 worth of clothing was stolen.
Another burglary was reported in the Kildangan area of Durrow, where €900 worth of gardening equipment was stolen from a domestic shed after 10pm last Thursday.
Anyone who noticed suspicous activity in either area is asked to contact gardaí.
