That's according to the Mental Health Commission's Annual Report for 2023.
A Laois mental health facility was one of only five to achieve 100% compliance in 2023.
The Maryborough Centre at St. Fintan's Hospital in Portlaoise has been recognised in the Mental Health Commission's Annual Report.
The Department of Psychiatry at Portlaoise Hospital also secured a compliance rate of 93 percent, while the St Bridget's Ward & St Marie Goretti's Ward at the Cluain Lir Care Centre in Mullingar recorded a figure of 89 percent.
However, the Admission Unit & St Edna's Unit at St. Loman's Hospital in Mullingar received one of the lowest compliance rates, at 70 percent.
