The USI are launching their student manifesto.
Student accommodation and public transport is causing students in Westmeath to miss classes and in some cases defer their college year.
That's according to TUS Athlone's Students Union Vice President for Welfare Kristie Duffley.
The USI's student manifesto being launched today also wants urgent action on the student accommodation crisis.
It's urging free public transport for all students as well.
